ABOUT ME
I’m Elinor Antippas, and I run Antippas & Co.
For the past 12 years I've been working in small business operations, most recently as an Operations Director, working in marketing, communications, advisory, recruitment and payroll. My remit covers HR, finance, insurance, contracts, branding and project delivery. I'm the person who gets called when something needs sorting quickly.
I also run the administration and operations for Sharp Equine Ltd, a family equestrian business. My background in livery and agricultural land management means I understand how rural and equestrian businesses work, including the seasonal pressures and the paperwork.
As a business mentor with Business Wales, I support owners who are starting and growing their businesses.
